Vasco Rossi he is one of the most famous and beloved singers on the Italian music scene. Because Vasco Rossi was kicked out of school
Interviewed by The RepublicVasco Rossi recounted a singular episode concerning the times when he went to school. “I went to the Salesian College and there I closed myself completely, just like in a cocoon: I never communicated with anyone all the time or almost all of the time. In those days in the colleges there were specific timetables for everything, it was very rigid. In the end I just got kicked out“.
The singer said that he only had two friends at school and one was from Zocca like him. Together they “made a mess: we bought those porn magazines that were available at the time and then we stuck them like posters on the walls of the college, high up, in the most visible places with the writing: ‘Kazzik strikes again'”.
The school carried out an inspection, finding “a writing on the sheet of my friend Moreno Diamanti where there was also my handwriting. He was kicked out immediately: he was all happy. The next day they also said to me: ‘You have to go and get the mattress because they kicked you out too’. Imagine that back then we had to bring the mattresses from home.”
