Later, the Suspilne publication, citing the press secretary of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office Olga Postolyuk, reported that the SAPO informed Tymoshenko of suspicion under Part 4 of Article 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. “This is an offer of undue benefits to officials, meaning the people’s deputy of Ukraine,” Postolyuk said.

Anti-corruption authorities said that the leader of one of the parliamentary factions was exposed for offering undue benefits to a number of MPs belonging to factions not led by this person for voting “for” or “against” specific bills.
