The potential acquisition of TikTok by American investors continues to unfold, with details emerging that may or may not clarify the situation. the latest update, provided by Donald Trump, suggests that rupert Murdoch, the influential media mogul, and his son Lachlan could be part of the investment group acquiring the social media platform from ByteDance [1].

In an interview on Fox News’ “The Sunday Briefing,” President Trump mentioned, “A man named lachlan is involved.” He clarified that he was referring to Lachlan Murdoch and added that the Murdoch men are “probably gonna be in the group,” indicating a likely involvement in the deal. Though, the details surrounding the acquisition remain somewhat uncertain [1].

Trump also mentioned other individuals believed to be involved in the TikTok acquisition,including Oracle CEO Larry Ellison and Dell Technologies CEO Michael Dell.
