Former Disney boss, Alan Horn for example, really like the legendary sentence “I’m having what She’s Having” from When Harry Met Sally. There is also a Stacey Snider from Fox who chose “You Complete Me” from Jerry Maguire.
Sementara Ted Sarandos (Netflix) sampai Philippe Dauman (Viacom) kompak ngefans sama dialog ikonik The Godfather: “I’m going to make him an offer he can’t refuse.”
But, if you talk about the most repeated movie quotes, here are some that have become part of POP culture:

If you’ve ever watched Whiplash, surely understand how cruel the character Terence Fletcher (Wesides JK Simmons). In one training scene, Andrew Neiman (Miles Teller), the ambitious young drummer, was trying hard to play the beat according to Fletcher’s orders. But, with a flat face, Fletcher just said, “Not Quite My Tempo.” alias not according to the tempo.
This short sentence is a symbol of crazy pressure that Andrew faces. From here the tension of the film peaked, and we realize that Fletcher is not just a coach, he is a perfectionist monster.

Heath Ledger as Joker really made history in this film. The phrase “Why So Serious?” Out in the scene when Joker gave me a lecture to his enemy about how absurd was alive.
With a creepy sound and creepy sound delivery style, this line is immediately a favorite of young people in the 2000s. Not just a quote, but also a marker of how strong the role of Ledger in this very dark superhero film.
3. “The first rule of Fight Club is: You do not talk about Fight Club.” – Fight Club (1999)

It’s really hard to forget the first rule from the Fight Club. Tyler Durden (Brad Pitt) announcing this in front of his new member, making the atmosphere of the film immediately intense.
He cried, the production of this film is also full of stories. Brad Pitt was willing to damage his teeth for the sake of role, Edward Norton practiced serious martial arts, there was even gossip if Matt Damon or Sean Penn could almost get his main role. Luckily David Fincher was nagging to want norton, and the results, legendary.
4. “I’m having an old friend for dinner.” – The Silence of the Lambs (1991)

This sentence comes out of Dr. Hannibal Lecter (Anthony Hopkins), one of the most scary characters in the history of the film. If you say ordinary people, this line sounds polite and friendly.
But once it came out of Hannibal, what we know is a genius cannibal, this sentence changes to be terrible, because it is clear that the old friend in question is not just to chat, but becomes a dish.
Hopkins only appeared for about 16 minutes throughout the film The Silence of the Lambs. But with this sharp dialogue and cold and charming acting, he managed to bring home the Oscar for the best actor.
5. “Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things. And no good thing ever dies.” – The Shawshank Redemption (1994)

Andy Dufresne (Robbins Team) said this in a letter for his best friend, Red (Morgan Freeman). In the midst of a story full of suffering in prison, this sentence is a bright spot that makes the audience trust the same hope.
Hence, even though this film was initially not too good in theaters, later it became a favorite of many people.
6. “I figure life’s a gift, and I don’t intend on wasting it.” – Titanic (1997)

Jack Dawson (Leonardo DiCaprio) said this when chatting with Rose on the deck of the Titanic ship. With Jack’s optimistic style, he invites Rose to enjoy life, no matter the status or social rules.
This scene is getting sweeter because it is precisely from Jack’s perspective, Rose finally dared to fight his own destiny.
7. “I’m not a smart man, but I know what love is.” – Forrest Gump (1994)

Forrest (Tom Hanks) said this sincerely to Jenny. Simple, innocent, but makes the audience’s heart immediately melt.
This sentence also shows why Forrest is a memorable character. He is not academically clever, but has sincerity that cannot be denied.
8. “My name is Maximus Decimus Meridius, commander of the Armies of the North,” – Gladiator (2000)

“My name is Maximus Decimus Meridius, the Commander of the North Forces, General Legion Felix and the loyal servant of the True Emperor, Marcus Aurelius. The father of a child killed, the husband of a wife who was killed. And I will demand reply, in this life or next.”
This is one of the most badass self -introductions in the history of the film. Maximus (Russell Crowe) said it in the gladiator arena, when his face was finally opened in front of the Emperor of the Commodus (Joaquin Phoenix). This scene makes the hair goose bumps, because it is not only recognition of identity, but also the oath of revenge that is the core of the gladiator story.
Uniquely, this quote is almost never there. Russell Crowe himself admitted he really hated this dialogue. He is often improvised at the location, try to leave other versions. As a result, Oscar!
9. Carpe diem. Seize the day, boys.” – Dead Poets Society (1989)

Dead Poets Society is almost always on the list. In one legendary scene, Mr. Keating (Robin Williams) stands in front of his students and says: “Carpe Diem. Seize The Day, Boys.” This short sentence is actually an invitation to not waste time, enjoy life while you can.
What makes this quote even more iconic is how the film itself tells the story of young people who are inspired to dare to think and live outside the rigid rules of their school.
10. “Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light.” – Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (2004)

Dumbledore (Michael Gambon) said this was in front of Hogwarts students. The sentence is simple, but really hit, especially if you are in difficult times.
So this quote is one of the most frequently divided on the internet, because it is relevant for various situations. So, these quotes are not just ordinary movie dialogues, but also part of an important moment in the story.
