PHNOM PENH/BANGKOK/TOKYO — The Royal Thai Army on Monday accused Cambodia of “provocative action” by sending more than 250 drones across the border, putting at risk a temporary ceasefire the countries had struck two days earlier to end three weeks of cross-border fighting.
