The 45-year-old believes the pop star has given birth to his children. She doesn’t.
Taylor Swift has been granted a visitor ban on a 45 -year -old man who has been pursuing her for months.
Now the man must stay at least 91 meters (100 yards) away from the pop star over the next five years, according to court documents that TMZ has accessed.
In addition, he has a ban on contacting the artist in any way – neither personal, by letter nor digitally.
The 45-year-old is also not allowed to own firearms, ammunition and bulletproof vests. Any weapons he may have must be delivered to the police.
Swift first received a temporary ban on the man in June. Then he should have left his home in Colorado to Swift’s home in Los Angeles several times in the period July 2024 to May this year, according to The Guardian.
He will also somehow manage to change the address of his driver’s license to her house, writes TMZ.
The pop star claimed the man tried to redirect mail from her home and sent her long digital messages with threatening languages.
The 45-year-old did not show up in the courtroom when the case was dealt with on Tuesday.
This is also not the first time that Taylor Swift has struggled with stalkers.
Back in 2018, Taylor Swift should have used face recognition to identify stalkers during a concert in California.
Three years later, a man was arrested after breaking into the pop -star residential complex.
Another man was arrested last year at the entrance to a Swift concert in Germany, suspected of stalking. He should have made threats to Swift and her girlfriend Travis Kelce.
That same year, Taylor Swift threatened a 21 -year -old student with lawsuits to share information about her flights with private aircraft.
