Canary Islands Tourism takes another step in its strategy of connecting with the “tourist of the future” by driving, together with Mediaset Games y PlayStation® Talentsthe video game expansion “Tadeo Jones. The Emerald Tablet”. The new installment, titled “The Legacy of the Western Sun”places the action on the eight islands of the archipelago and turns the gaming experience into a tool for cultural and educational promotion. The initiative, developed by the Spanish studio Gammer Nestcombines entertainment, heritage and local identity to bring the Canary Islands closer to young and digital audiences from all over the world.

Driven by Canary Islands Tourism, Mediaset Games and PlayStation® Talentsthis new almost hour-long digital adventure features Tadeo Jones and his companions exploring Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, La Palma, La Gomera, El Hierro, La Graciosa and the mythical San Borondón.
Each level plays landscapes inspired by real settings of the archipelago and offers themed challenges and puzzles that reflect its natural and heritage wealth. The proposal seeks to awaken the player’s curiosity and transmit the cultural values of the Canary Islands through an accessible and educational narrative.
