the Stroke Distinction program emphasizes NH’s dedication to excellence and innovation. The program also incorporates feedback from stroke survivors, caregivers, patient partners, and the Central South Regional Stroke Program to ensure continuous improvements in patient care.
NH is also collaborating wiht Hamilton Health Sciences, Hotel Dieu Shaver, and the Waterloo regional Health Network to achieve Integrated Stroke Distinction. This program recognizes excellence in specialized stroke care within acute and inpatient rehabilitation services.
