Russia and the West are at risk of a direct conflict, as Moscow warns that its support for Ukraine is pushing the US and its allies to the brink of direct military confrontation with Moscow, according to Reuters news agency. Along with that, the Kremlin announced that Russia would increase attacks on Western weapons in Ukraine.

“We will increase the intensity of attacks on Western logistics centers and weapons warehouses,” Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said on April 23, according to Russian state-owned news agency RIA Novosti. .

The warning from Mr. Shoigu came right after the US House of Representatives passed a foreign aid package worth 95 billion USD last weekend and was approved by the US Senate on the morning of April 24 (Vietnam time). The new funding will provide Kive with much-needed weapons and equipment for the ongoing conflict with Russia that has lasted more than two years.

Mr. Shoigu’s warning also came in the context that President Joe Biden’s US administration is preparing to send a $1 billion weapons package to Ukraine.

Israel, Security Minister Ben Gvir Involved In A…

breaking latest news, 26 April. (beraking latest news) – If it is true that two clues prove it, in breaking latest news Giorgia Meloni’s candidacy appears almost a certainty. For the programmatic conference of Fdi – the ‘three days’ starting from today and continuing until Sunday – ministers and undersecretaries, heads of state subsidiaries and administrators from territories throughout Italy will arrive in the city of the Pope. As many as 2,200 delegates have arrived and will arrive in the next few hours, so much so that the hotel facilities in breaking latest news and the surrounding area are sold out.

The mega structure overlooking the sea, not without controversy – in the central Piazza Primo Maggio, ‘directed’ by the faithful Giovanni Donzelli – lends itself to an important announcement: the central stage overlooking the sea, with the Adriatic behind those who take the word in the Sala Milano, where on Sunday – barring surprises – the prime minister will announce her entry into the field, in the presence of the other centre-right leaders. The exponents of Fdi smile at the reporters who continue to ask about Meloni’s intentions, while in the area there are those who are moving forward: in Cesenatico,

Family Of Canadian Tourist Who Died In Cuba…

MADRID, Spain.- The family of Faraj Jarjour, the Canadian tourist who died in Varadero, Cuba, last March, has finally received an answer about the whereabouts of their loved one.

This Thursday, the Jarjour family revealed that Cuban authorities made a serious mistake by sending Faraj Jarjour’s body to Russia, where he was buried in a city north of Moscow. Faraj Jarjour, a 68-year-old Canadian citizen of Syrian origin and resident in Montreal, suffered a heart attack on March 22 while enjoying a vacation in Varadero with his family.

The confusion began when the Canadian funeral home that received the remains from Cuba notified Jarjour’s children, Miriam and Karam, that the body did not match that of their father. After a series of communications between Canadian and Cuban authorities, it was discovered that Jarjour’s body had been mistakenly sent to Russia.

Canadian Foreign Minister Mélanie Joly became involved in the case and spoke with her Cuban counterpart, Bruno Rodríguez, in an attempt to resolve the situation.

Finally, it was confirmed that Faraj Jarjour’s body was buried in Russia, without the knowledge of the deceased’s family in that country. Given this situation, Canadian authorities have assured that the body will be disinterred and repatriated to Canada.

Challenges Faced by Ukraine

Greece has declined calls from European allies to assist Ukraine in enhancing its air defence capabilities, citing its own need for the systems.

Ukraine’s President, Volodymyr Zelensky, has made a plea for at least seven additional Patriot or similar defence systems to safeguard its urban areas and critical infrastructure from potential Russian assaults.

Despite the urgent request, Greece has stated its inability to allocate any of its Patriot or S-300 systems for Ukraine’s use.

While Spain has agreed to provide some Patriot missiles, a complete system will not be supplied.

International Pressure on Greece and Spain

Both Spain and Greece are under pressure from Nato and the European Union to support Ukraine following attacks on cities like Chernihiv and power facilities near Kyiv.

Ukraine currently possesses only a limited number of Patriots alongside other Western missile defence systems and older Soviet-era surface-to-air missiles.

The Patriots stand out as Ukraine’s most advanced and costly air defence systems.
