The project, entirely financed by the Municipality through a mortgage with the Istituto per il Credito Sportivo, will cost approximately 571,664 euros and provides for a twenty-year amortization, as indicated in determination number 1324 published in the praetorian notice board.

Multipurpose space instead of Rimbalzopoli

But this is not the only intervention planned. Another important project concerns Rimbalzopoli, in via Galileo Ferraris: thanks to a loan of 200,000 euros obtained from the Sport and Health tender, a multipurpose space dedicated to the children of the neighborhood will be built, inspired by the plates of the former 8 Marzo.

The athletics track is also among the priorities

2026 will also be the decisive year for the athletics track. «We cannot allow our athletes to obtain excellent results without having an adequate track available», explains the deputy mayor and councilor for Sport, Giancarlo Brino. Plan A involves the reconstruction of the Sisport track, while as an alternative the possibility of a new facility is being studied through a public tender. The construction will depend on a public-private partnership, given that the current runway is privately owned.

With these interventions, the administration aims to improve not only the sports facilities for Settimo Calcio, but also the spaces available to children and athletes, enhancing sport as a central element of the community.
