Montevideo’s School no. 90 Pedro Figari has been forced to conduct classes remotely for teh past three days due to a significant rotavirus outbreak affecting students, teachers, and staff.The school, which serves 354 individuals, has seen a concerning number of infections, prompting immediate action from local health authorities.

The outbreak has led to a temporary shift to telematic learning, aiming to curb further spread of the highly contagious virus. Current Status of Infections

As of the latest report, 84 individuals associated with the school are currently battling the infection, including five adults. Fortunately, the majority of cases have been mild.
