The initiative includes a ‘Premium Inspection Service’ for older vehicles and significant discounts on cabin filter replacements,demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and vehicle longevity.

Recognizing the importance of maintaining vehicles as they age, Renault Korea is offering a complimentary ‘Premium Inspection Service’ to customers with vehicles older than three years. This service,available at seven direct service centers nationwide throughout May and June,provides a thorough assessment of 36 critical components.
The inspection covers essential areas such as:
- Tires
- Air conditioning systems
- fluid levels
- Lighting (internal and external)
- Brake pads and rotors
- Engine mounts
- Constant velocity (CV) boots
This detailed inspection aims to provide Renault owners with a clear understanding of their vehicle’s condition, ensuring safety and optimal performance.
Clear Dialog and Expert Guidance
Renault Korea is leveraging technology to enhance the customer experience. The ‘My Renault’ app and SMS messaging will provide real-time updates during the inspection process. Customers can access detailed vehicle inspection reports anytime, anywhere, and receive personalized maintenance recommendations from professional mechanics.

Cabin Filter Replacement Discounts: Breathe Easier
In addition to the inspection service, Renault Korea is offering discounts on cabin filter replacements at approximately 400 official service networks until May 31st. Customers can receive a 20% discount on premium cabin filters and a 10% discount on genuine cabin filters. Grand Colles owners who opt for premium engine oil (0W20) will also receive a complimentary coffee set coupon.
With air quality being a growing concern, especially in urban environments, these discounts encourage drivers to prioritize clean cabin air. According to the EPA, maintaining good indoor air quality in vehicles can considerably reduce exposure to pollutants.
Renault Korea’s new ‘PM 0.3 Premium Cabin Filter’ is designed to filter out ultra-fine dust particles as small as 0.3 μm, significantly improving indoor air quality. The filter also features an antibacterial layer to inhibit the growth of bacteria and allergens, and also absorb odors and harmful gases.
While the PM 0.3 filter offers superior filtration, Renault Korea advises that it may not be compatible with all vehicle models. Customers are encouraged to check with their service center to confirm compatibility.
