With the start of the Ministry of Supply and Internal Trade, in coordination with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the availability of electronic forms to update the ration cards data in Port Said Governorate for a period of 3 months, many citizens are looking for the correct registration steps that guarantee them the continued disbursement of ration support, in addition to opening the way for the entry of new families within the system.
The official digital platform of Egypt provides the ability to fill the form electronically, by entering the list of “services”, then choosing “catering”, and pressing the “citizen data update form” service, while reading and approving conditions and conditions before the start of the service.
This comes within the framework of the state’s keenness to develop the beneficiaries ’databases and ensure the support of the supporters of its beneficiaries, as the Ministry of Supply stressed that the accuracy of the entry of data is a prerequisite for the continued disbursement of ration decisions.
The Ministry also allocated the hotline of the Citizen Service Center (15999) to receive inquiries and complaints, and to provide technical support to citizens during the modernization process.
According to the ministry, updating the data represents an important step towards expanding the base of beneficiaries and achieving social justice, in a manner that ensures support to the most needy groups.
