LOS ANGELES – Was the recent “release” and subsequent re-signing of wrestler R-Truth by WWE a genuine personnel move, or an elaborate plot twist? WWE Hall of Famer Eric Bischoff has added fuel to the fire, suggesting the entire episode may have been a carefully constructed narrative.

On his podcast, 83 Weeks, Bischoff addressed the situation, stating his belief that the events surrounding R-Truth’s departure and return were pre-planned. He drew parallels to other wrestling storylines that blurred the lines between reality and performance.

The situation unfolded when multiple outlets reported that R-Truth had been released from his WWE contract. this news was followed by R-Truth’s unexpected return. “The only reason I’m not laughing myself out of the studio… is when you involve your kids and they’re out there, that that puts, yeah, I’m kind of back to center on that one, because that’s outside of the box of norm,” Bischoff admitted.
