Adding fuel to the fire, Martin concluded the trailer with a promise of “something special” for PS5 players, specifically highlighting the game’s optimization for the PS5 pro. this exclusive attention has left many Xbox Series X/S owners feeling like second-class citizens.

uncut Carnage: German Release Confirmed

Despite the platform controversy, there’s good news for German fans. Doom: The Dark Ages, slated for release on May 15, 2025, for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S, will be available in Germany in its uncut form. Bethesda confirmed earlier this month that the German USK rating aligns perfectly with the versions released in other regions, ensuring that players can experience the full, unadulterated brutality of the game.

The upcoming third offshoot of the modern Doom series will also come on the market in Germany. German players from the age of 18 can experience the ominous, medieval war against the beasts of hell in full splendor.
