On the border of Indre-et-Loire, Indre and Vienne, it is a city where, for young and old, life is good. This commune is Preuilly-sur-Claise, former barony and chief town of canton, which has, in 2025, a thousand inhabitants. It is in this steep city and enjoying a renowned architectural heritage, with its abbey and its Renaissance style houses, that we put our suitcases on Saturday July 5, 2025, for a morning, for the sixth stage of our rural Indre-et-Loire Tour. Just like in Saint-Panterne-Racan or Bridé, around a coffee and chouquettes, the inhabitants were invited to come and tell their village.
