Nové Zámky-the family from Nové Zámky survived difficult moments when their 22-year-old son Peter did not return home after celebrating his birthday. Unfortunately, after almost a week of search, he was found without signs of life in the forest. Exactly where he spent hours with his grandparents in the past.
Peter had a strong relationship with the place where the last time was seen – the forests around Malá Lehota, which were a memory of his grandfather.
As the portal noviny.sk writes, Peter went to celebrate his birthday and was supposed to return the next day, but he was no longer lifting the phone. His desperate family immediately reported his disappearance to the police.
Celebrated his birthday and disappeared
Peter celebrated 12th August 22. On Friday, August 15, he went to a friend in Očova. “He said he would come back on Saturday afternoon. The phone was ringing, but he didn’t answer it anymore. We went to the police to report his missing,” His stepmother Katarina told the portal.
Dozens of volunteers, firefighters and handlers were involved in the search. The testimony of the bus driver, who remembered that Peter had risen in a remote place in the forest, directed the search teams in the right direction.
Tragic end
Search groups searched the demanding terrain that Peter knew very well. The tragic discovery came after a few hours when the young man was found under the steep rock.
“The grandfather died in April and whether it caused him something like this, that it was necessary to follow his footsteps or we do not know,” said Katarína. “He had a relationship with this place, more courage than experience,” said father Peter.
According to the family, Peter Introvert was, there was no type of exuberant parties, and he achieved excellent study results at the university. His father mentioned that Peter had a strong relationship with this place, but perhaps more courage than experience with such terrain.
The case investigation
The cause of the tragedy is not yet known and the police continue to deal with the case. Although the search is over, questions about Peter’s destiny remain open.
