It is confirmed that agricultural products produced in Sangju area meet the remaining pesticide allowance.
The Sangju Agricultural Technology Center (CEO Kim Jung -su) attended the 2025 Korean Society of Society for Society for Society for Society of Botanical Patriots held at Yeosu Expo from April 23 to 25, and presented the analytical achievements under the theme of ‘Residual pesticide monitoring of residual producers in Sangju -si’ in 2024.
The PLS (PLS) has been implemented since 2019 as consumers’ interest in safe food has increased.
In 2022, the number of residual pesticide analysis of shipping agricultural products was expanded from 320 to 463 species, further strengthening the safety management of domestic agricultural products.
Sangju -si Agricultural Products Safety Analysis Office is an analyzer -related equipment, including mass analyzers, and analyzes 463 pesticides remaining in agricultural products to support safe food distribution.
In 2024, the residual pesticide monitoring was promoted for stability of agricultural products in the region.
As a result of analyzing the samples of agricultural products secured before shipment as a mass analyzer under the QueChers Act, more than 97.5% of samples were judged ‘suitable’ under the remaining standard.
According to the pesticide safety use criteria, we reported the results of safety, including the contents that are being properly processed by the target crops.
