Two people have been arrested after the explosions at Bislett on Tuesday night.
After NRK is informed, the two new arrested minors are also.
NRK’s reporters were present when armed police struck an address at 23.45, and observed that the bombing of the Oslo Police District arrived at about midnight.
After over an hour on the spot, the police bomb squad left the scene.
The police also confirm that three people are now brought in the case.
Since the persons are minors, the police use the term “brought in”.

“We have a certain overview of which environments are involved, but we are working hard to get a larger and wider picture of the situation,” said Bian Skotnes intervention manager at 22.33.
The police had at that time arrested one person, but had reason to believe that further people were involved.
Thus, two more people have been arrested.
No persons have been injured as a result of the explosion.
Skotnes says that no one has the status of offended in the case as of now.
The arrests occur after two explosions resigned in Pilestredet in Oslo. The last one was detonated by the police themselves.
It confirms the interim leader Skotnes.
– There has been a detonation of a blast body in Parkveien. An undetected object has also been found that appears as a hand grenade, we have blown it, says Skotnes at 22.10.
A witness has told NRK that he saw a car driving down from Bislett Stadium. Two grenades must have been thrown out the window, one exploded, while the other did not. He must have run down, and then be overpowered by people on the street.
NRK has not been confirmed by the police whether this person is among those arrested.
On Tuesday night, the interim leader did not want to go out with the number of people they are looking for.
– We have operational measures in the city where we are looking for more perpetrators, Skotnes continues.

Residents can feel safe
The interim leader says the police are now conducting an intensive information collection and looking for other people who may be involved.
– We are now taking a number of investigative measures at the site and around Oslo. The person was arrested in the immediate area around Pilestredet, says the interim leader.
When asked if there may be more undone explosives in the area, Skotnes replies that they are looking for more explosives.
– The police are now in the process of a large police operation. Those living in the immediate area can feel quite safe, he says.
He now states that it is safe to travel in Pilestredet.
Operations manager Rune Hekkelstrand writes in the police log that Pilestredet is blocked for investigative reasons.
– Residents or others who have good reason to move in this area must contact the barriers, and we will be guided if needed.
The police security service has also been notified of the incident.
– PST is routinely notified, but we refer to the Oslo Police District, says Eirik Veum, senior adviser in PST to NRK.

Large bangs on site
According to witnesses, there are long drones over Pilestredet.
Police early reported an unresolved situation.
Jonar Teigen witnessed the incident and tells NRK that he heard something blasting and many called the police.
– It was a big bang. We just saw that some grabbed a man in the hood who ran from the place, says the witness.
– The explosion was so high that we got hurt in our ears, says another witness.
Sent out emergency alert
NRK has received several messages from people who have received emergency alerts on the phone after the incident.

Public transport is also affected by the explosions on Tuesday.
Trams 17 and 18 do not drive between Stortorvet and Adamstuen.
This is because an area is blocked after the explosion in Pilestredet, Ruter writes.
City Council leader in Oslo: – I understand that people are troubled
– I live nearby and heard the other controlled explosion conducted by the police. It makes an impression when serious events occur in an area you know well, says city council leader Eirik Lae Solberg (H) to NRK.
He says we have to take this very seriously, and he is glad that the police have initiated a larger investigation.
– I also ask people to follow the police instructions, so that everyone can be as safe as possible, says Solberg.
