Since January 1, 2026, the new Supplementary Health and Personal Protection agreement has applied at Orange. He held back CNP Assurances as an insurer, with Henner Group as manager. This new system changes the coverage, reimbursement levels, out-of-pocket costs and administrative procedures.

The CFE-CGC Orange has chosen not to sign this agreement, considering that it involves major regressions for staff and their families.
