At the age of 88, actress Olga Dreģe still continues an active life in the theater. The legendary stage artist celebrated her birthday on March 1, but her daily schedule is still filled with rehearsals and performances, reports “Privatā Dzīve” magazine.
Recently, the actress participated in the premiere of the show “Confessions of Married Women“, where together with other actresses, she reveals the stories of women’s experiences on stage. At the same time, she continues to play in other repertoire shows and is preparing for new roles.
Due to her busy schedule, Dreģe has not even managed to answer all the birthday greetings. “I don’t have time to talk, I have to study the lyrics,” the actress admitted, adding that a new premiere is also expected in the near future.
Although she is no longer a full-time actress at the Daile Theater after more than six decades, Dreģe still regularly participates in theater life and continues to go on stage.
