Marco Odermatt largely dominated the first round of the Beaver Creek giant. The Nidwalden pushed back his first opponents to 0”86. The second round can be followed from 8:50 p.m.

Loïc Meillard conceded 1”23 and finds himself 8th. Luca Aerni defended himself well with his 15th place at 1”59. He is ultimately only 0”73 behind the duo in second place.
