The Minister of Justice, Carlo Nordio, answers questions on the institution of the Head of the Secretariat of the Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Justice, with particular reference to the related economic treatment and the related organizational implications (Serracchiani – PD-IDP); on urgent initiatives to tackle prison overcrowding, including through an extraordinary prison building plan (Boschi – IV-C-RE); on a possible overall reform of the institution of prescription in the criminal field (Pittalis – FI-PPE); on the prospects of the effects of the measures approved by the Council of Ministers regarding home detention for the recovery of drug-addicted prisoners (Lupi – NM(NCUI)M-CP).
The Minister of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry, Francesco Lollobrigida, answers questions on urgent initiatives aimed at banning hunting activity on the Alpine passes (Dori – AVS); on initiatives aimed at protecting the Italian pasta supply chain in relation to the possibility of additional US duties (Bergamini – Lega); on initiatives aimed at promoting an agreement with the US Administration in order to safeguard the wheat supply chain and the pasta industry, in consideration of the possibility of additional duties (Caramiello – M5S); on further initiatives aimed at consolidating the positive trend of the agricultural sector (Bignami – FDI).
The Minister for Regional Affairs and Autonomies, Roberto Calderoli, responds to a question on the possible exercise of the powers referred to in Article 120 of the Constitution towards the Sicilian Region, for the purposes of protecting the essential levels of services concerning civil and social rights (Bonetti – AZ-PER-RE).
