Reported by the Boss Hunting website, Friday (9/1/2026), the apartment is located in the Woolworth Building, Manhattan, New York. Interestingly, this apartment is located at the top and from the outside the design is similar to a palace. So it’s no wonder this apartment is nicknamed “Castle in the Sky” because it was built on the roof of the building.

From the outside, this apartment carries a Tudor architectural style that is strong in Gothic and Renaissance elements. Coated with turquoise paint, this apartment is really made to look like a magnificent palace in the sky.

This luxury apartment has an area of around 446 square meters and consists of five floors. The interior is very luxurious and modern offering 360 degree views. Almost the entire room is covered in white paint which gives a warm and elegant impression.
This apartment feels even bigger because the distance between the floor and the ceiling reaches 7.3 meters. Inside there are five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a library and a super large family room.
Regarding the facilities, of course they are very complete and exclusive. Buyers of this apartment will get an indoor swimming pool, fitness center (gym) with views of New York City, bicycle room and wine cellar. Apart from that, there is a special lift from the ground floor to The Pinnacle Penthouse apartment.
“The Pinnacle at The Woolworth Tower Residence has been described as a ‘castle in the sky’ and has been dubbed by others as ‘the tallest luxury home in Manhattan,'” said Stan Ponte of Sotheby’s International Realty.
In order to optimize the 360 degree view of New York City, the management installed 125 windows in the apartment. From inside the room, residents can see a row of multi-storey buildings up to the famous Statue of Liberty.

The Pinnacle Penthouse is located in the Woolworth Building which was built in 1913 with a total of 28 floors (241 meters). It was once one of the tallest buildings in the world before being overtaken by the Empire State Building (381 meters) which was erected in 1930.
Regarding price, this palace-like apartment is priced at US$ 130 million or around Rp. 2.1 trillion (exchange rate Rp. 16,830). This figure includes the luxury facilities obtained.
However, not all buyers want to have a fully furnished apartment and want their own design. If you just want to buy an apartment unit, the price is cheaper at US$ 79 million or around Rp. 1.3 trillion.
