The survey indicates that the new stadium may include a stage area,boxes,suites,and an exclusive section for “Libres y Lokos” in the northern zone,potentially larger than the current stadium.
New areas under consideration include ground floor seating (east, west, and central), upper floor seating (east and goals), and club seats. The survey also included potential pricing, with a disclaimer stating that “all the concepts and offers presented here are only for valuation purposes.”
The survey, titled “Evaluation of a Possible New Stadium,” aimed to improve the fan experience for subscribers in the potential new venue.

Where Will the New Stadium be located?
The new stadium will be located in University City, adhering to UANL rules that prevent it from leaving university lands. The current plan is for it to be built next to the existing stadium.
CEMEX is involved in the stadium’s growth, following procedures initiated by the Ball Game Company. Previous issues arose regarding land allocation, as the UANL had not delivered it.
The cement company has been working on the new stadium for over a year, maintaining a low profile while developing a project that can be finalized in the coming years. The project has been discussed for manny years, but no stadium has been built yet.
