The curtain fell on the first edition of the “Tournoi du Feu” in Muret, a sporting event which brought together players and supporters despite particularly cool weather conditions.
Throughout the weekend, the cold did not dampen the conviviality or enthusiasm of the participants. The atmosphere remained warm, driven in particular by the presence of a DJ who punctuated the meetings and helped to create a real festive spirit around the grounds.
This tournament was also marked by its opening, with the participation of teams from Spain, Bordeaux and the Toulouse region. A trip welcomed by the organizers, who underline the fair play and commitment of all the teams present.
On a sporting level, the competition kept all its promises. The Toulouse team Las Lacras won and took first place. She is ahead of Los Pandas, a team from Spain, while Muret completes the podium with a good 3rd place. Dominican Power, from Bordeaux, finished at the foot of the podium, followed by Team Aseres.
Individually, the trophy for best player of the tournament was awarded to Roger, known as “Chio”, rewarding his performances throughout the competition.
The organizers would like to thank all the volunteers for their mobilization, as well as the municipality for its support in setting up this event. Building on this first success, the “Tournament of Fire” could well become a lasting one.
