Appdirect Obtains $100 Million Loan from Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec

Appdirect, a company specializing in a transactional platform for subscription-based “infonuagic” services, has received a $100 million loan from the Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec (CDPQ).
The CDPQ had previously extended similar loans to Appdirect in both 2021 and 2024.
The purpose of this new loan is to facilitate Appdirect’s acquisition of Dne Resources, an energy brokerage firm based in Quebec that provides services to businesses.
