The search for missing Mick continues this morning in North Brabant. The police receive help from the Veterans Search Team and volunteers. 19-year-old Mick from Helmond has been missing since last night.
The man probably left home without shoes and in shorts and a shirt and did not return. He was seen yesterday morning in Asten – a village more than 10 kilometers from Helmond.
Mick has an intellectual disability. Both the police and his family are very concerned. A family member tells Omroep Brabant that he never went out alone. According to him, the father noticed the disappearance at night: “Mick’s father woke up because he had to go to the toilet and saw the front door open.”
The police are asking people to keep an eye out for Mick, view camera images of doorbells and also search for him in sheds and garden sheds. “Maybe he is hiding somewhere,” the Brabant police said on X.
