Minisforum confirmed this on its social media platforms. As shown in the image below, the MS-02 Ultra also contains four M.2 2280 slots for up to 32TB of storage capacity. The mini-PC also integrates 3 PCIe slots, 25 Gigabit Ethernet, and a pair of USB V2 ports each offering 80Gbps bandwidth. Additionally, the MS-02 Ultra features a slide-out design for easy maintenance, all in a 4.8 liter package.
The MS-02 Ultra is also a winner of the CES Innovation Awards 2026 in the Computer Hardware and Components category. On the one hand, this announcement confirms that Minisforum will bring the MS-02 Ultra to Las Vegas in January as part of its presentation at CES 2026. On the other hand, the announcement indicates that Minisforum does not plan to start selling its so-called “Mini AI workstation” until early next year.
