Manfredi Catella: Milan Planning Arrest Revoked – News

by Archynetys World Desk

The Milan Review Court revoked house arrest for the founder and CEO of Coima Manfredi Catella. The manager was the last of the arrested on which the review had to express himself.

Last week the former city councilor for Urban Planning Giancarlo Tancredi, the former member of the landscape commission Giuseppe Marinoni and the manager Federico Pella had been released: for all three judges for all three judges have ordered one year. Arrests canceled, however, for the patron of Bluestone Andrea Bezziccheri – the only one who had ended up in prison – and Alessandro Scandurra.

The reasons for which the judges of the review canceled the measure of house arrest for Manfredi Catella will be known in 45 days. No interdiction was applied to Catella to the profession, as happened for the other suspects, probably (it is not written in the tightened provision) because it has given up on the company’s positions connected to the public administration.
