HANCOCK, Maine (WGME) — Two Maine men are facing drug trafficking charges after authorities say they raided a home in Hancock.
Following a month-long investigation, which included undercover agents buying crack cocaine, the MDEA says authorities searched 38-year-old Roland Potter’s home on Route 1 in Hancock on Tuesday.
Authorities say they seized evidence of drug trafficking along with two firearms. One of the firearms was an illegally modified sawed-off shotgun.
Police arrested Potter and 43-year-old Justin Gray of Blue Hill. Potter was charged with aggravated trafficking schedule W drugs (cocaine base) and Gray was charged with unlawful trafficking of schedule W drugs (cocaine base).
The pair was taken to the Hancock County Jail. Potter is being held without bail and Gray’s bail was set at $2,500.
