According to our information, on Saturday December 20, a young man who was going to join an Airbnb accommodation located on Cours Tolstoï in Grandclément, found himself face to face with the previous occupant. She allegedly refused to return the accommodation. Still according to the information we have collected, the young man would have warned the owner.
Two agents filed a complaint
The owner, who claims to have been attacked by the tenant, is said to have called the police. The municipality of Villeurbanne confirms this to us: two municipal police officers intervened on the afternoon of December 20, Cours Tolstoï. The occupant of the accommodation allegedly made inappropriate comments towards the officials, she even spat on them.
She “was arrested for contempt and spitting on municipal police officers,” specifies the City. The municipal police filed a complaint. Legal proceedings are underway.
