KINAHAN Cartel Gun Runner Liam Byrne May Soon Return to Ireland
KINAHAN cartel associate Liam Byrne, 44, could be making his way back to Ireland in the coming months. UK authorities are currently evaluating plans to deport Byrne due to his strong ties to serious organized crime figures and his involvement with firearms.
Background of Liam Byrne
Byrne was recently released from Belmarsh Prison just three months after serving a five-year sentence. His release stems from a Serious Crime Prevention Order (SCPO), which placed strict conditions on his freedom.

Conditions of Release
Upon his release, Byrne was required to adhere to stringent restrictions put in place by the UK’s National Crime Agency. He is prohibited from communicating with anyone suspected of involvement in organized crime.
These conditions have been in place to ensure that Byrne does not continue his criminal activities. However, there are suggestions that the UK’s Home Office may consider his deportation once his SCPO order expires.
Potential Deportation
The decision to deport Byrne will ultimately lie with the UK’s Home Office. If enforced, he will have to leave his current residence in the UK and return to his home country of Ireland.
Should Byrne be ordered to leave, he may also face a ten-year ban from re-entering the UK. This ban aims to prevent his return and potential involvement in criminal activities within the country.
