Kim Feenstra: No More Love After Relationship Turmoil

by Archynetys Economy Desk

“I believe that’s how the universe works, if you are open to it, you will attract it”

In conversation with presenter Humberto Tan, Kim indicates that dating or new love is not a priority for her at the moment. “I don’t really have the need, so I don’t think I’m necessarily open to it,” she shares. It doesn’t feel like something for her to pursue or enforce.

According to Kim, love will naturally come your way, as long as you make room for it. “I believe that’s how the universe works, if you’re open to it, you’ll attract it.” She simply does not experience that openness yet, which is why she is keeping the door closed for the time being.

That has everything to do with what she has experienced recently. For example, in August last year she announced that her seven-year relationship with Stanley Tailor, the father of her child, had ended a year earlier. “I don’t wake up thinking: I would like to be with someone.” For Kim, peace now outweighs romance.

Yet Kim does not definitively rule out love. “It will come again, but I’ve been through so much mess that I don’t need a partner who can offer me peace at this moment.” For now she consciously chooses herself, and that feels just right for her.

RTL Boulevard previously spoke to the model in collaboration with Het Armoedefonds about her youth and life in poverty. You can see more about that in the video below.

Luckily we still have the photos! see you every Monday at 8:30 PM on RTL 4.
