Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – PT Bank KB Indonesia Tbk (BBKP) will close 40 branch offices in Indonesia as of October 27, 2025. The step is taken to optimize the office network.
“In order to optimize the office network, we hereby inform you that effectively that on October 27, 2025 the closure and transfer of office services will be carried out,” according to the announcement of KB Kookmin quoted on Monday (9/15/2025).
The 40 closed branch offices are:
“For more information regarding the continuity of the transaction, you can visit the branch office which will be closed no later than October 26, 2025 or can contact Halo KB Bank: 14005,” wrote the announcement of KB Bank.
In his statement, KB Bank Indonesia also said that customers can still conduct transactions in all other branch networks and KB Bank e-channel networks.
Bank Indonesia’s KB financial performance itself was brilliant in the first half of 2025. This is reflected in the reversal of the loss position to net profit.
The company successfully scored a net profit of Rp 373 billion during the I-2025 semester. This achievement turned from the net loss position of Rp 3.15 trillion obtained by the KB Bank in the same period last year.
Healthy credit growth is one of the main factors of the positive performance of KB Bank. Until the end of June 2025, the KB Bank recorded a total credit increase of 6.14% on an annual basis or year-on-year (yoy) to Rp 43.08 trillion.
