Emilia Trotsenko from Astana recreates with her own hands the images of famous characters from cult games, films and books. She has been cosplaying for about nine years. This summer, Emilia, dressed as Naga Siren from the game Dota2, won the Grand Prix at the Comic Con Astana geek culture festival. She decided to present this cosplay at the international eSports championship The International in Germany and entered the top ten best cosplayers. We talked to Emilia about how she chooses characters to cosplay, where she gets her inspiration and motivation from, and how her hobby became a moneymaker and brought her to the international stage.
