Jakarta –
Iranian drone attacks such as the Shahed-136 have troubled the United States and its allies in the Gulf. Well, Iranian state media recently showed off a fleet of drones lined up in an underground bunker as part of a propaganda video.
Footage released by the semi-official Fars News Agency showed the drone fleet standing by on rocket launchers and on the backs of trucks, while dramatic music played in the background.
The drones were seen lining both sides of the passage leading to a brightly lit tunnel decorated with various Iranian flags. The Shahed drone, which cost only a few thousand dollars to build, is believed to be the type of drone showcased in the video.

Iran has launched these drones throughout the Middle East as a retaliation against the US and Israel following Operations Epic Fury and Lion Roar. The attacks targeted US military bases in several neighboring countries, including Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Kuwait.
Six US service members were killed in an Iranian drone strike targeting Shuaiba Port in Kuwait, where soldiers assigned to the US Army Reserve were stationed.

Quoted by detikINET from the NY Post, Captain Cody Khork (35) from Florida, Sergeant 1st Class Noah Tietjens (42) from Nebraska, Sergeant 1st Class Nicole Amor (39) from Minnesota, and Sergeant Declan Coady (20) from Iowa, died in the attack.
Iran’s military was under pressure from initial attacks in a joint operation on Saturday, after Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and around 40 other senior officials were killed inside a compound in the heart of Tehran.
However, despite suffering heavy losses in its leadership ranks and at several military facilities, Iran continues to launch drones and missiles, although most of them have been intercepted and shot down by the air defense systems of neighboring countries. If Iran’s drone and missile attacks continue, it is predicted that the US air defense system and its allied countries could be overwhelmed.
