Netanyahu calls on other countries to join the offensive and affirms from the site of the impact of the Iranian attack that he is “crushing” Iran
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated during a visit to the impact site of an Iranian missile that Israel is “crushing” the enemy and “winning the battle” against Iran, and has called on other countries to join the offensive against the Persian country.
Amid tight security measures, Netanyahu visited Arad, a town in southern Israel where this Saturday night a missile fell between some residential buildings, causing more than 60 injuries – ten of them seriously -, after another missile also hit the nearby town of Dimona.
In Dimona, located 30 kilometers from Arad, there is the largest nuclear facility in the country. The waves of Iranian missiles in the area came after Iran reported an attack on the Natanz uranium enrichment complex.
In statements to a small group of selected journalists, released by his cabinet, Netanyahu stated that “Israel and the United States are working together for the good of the world” in their war against Iran.
“It is time for the leaders of the rest of the countries to join in. I am pleased to say that I see that some are beginning to move in that direction, but more is needed,” he added, while the vast majority of media were denied access to the visit.
Regarding the objectives of the war, the Israeli Prime Minister has pointed out that one of the two that have been defined is “to completely dismantle its nuclear program, its missile program and its capacity to produce the components of both programs.” “We are well on our way to achieving it,” he added about this first objective.
