Self-Service Repair Program Now Covers iPads

Following its initial launch for iPhones in 2022, Apple’s Self-Service Repair program now encompasses a range of iPad models. Owners of iPad Air (M2 and later), iPad Pro (M4), iPad mini (A17 Pro), and iPad (A16) can now acquire authentic components, tools, and repair manuals from the blank”>Self-Service Repair store. Wiht this expansion,Apple’s self-repair support extends to 65 product models,including the latest iPhone 16e,MacBook Air,and Mac Studio. The program is slated to launch in Canada this summer, increasing its global availability to 34 countries.

We’re excited to expand our repair services to more customers, enabling them to further extend the life of their products – all without compromising safety, security, or privacy.

Apple has also grown the Genuine Parts Distributor program, allowing autonomous repair technicians to order authentic Apple service parts and components.
