In recordings made by the Civil Guard, Koldo García, advisor to former Minister of Growth JOSÉ LUIS ÁBALOS, and SANTOS CERDÁN, the former Secretary of Organization of the PSOE, implicates former socialists JOSÉ BONO and JOSÉ BLANCO. According to the report from the Central Operating Unit, GARCÍA stated, “They have come to ask me everything (unintelligible) I prefer you, Or not?, Everyone,” lamenting what he describes as abandonment by the party after his departure from the government.

GARCÍA reproached CERDÁN, saying, “All the errands I have made to everyone,” adding, with laughter, that if he had taken money, he wouldn’t be asking for financial help. The Civil Guard suggests that KOLDO’s issues with the former president of Adif stemmed from her refusal to assist a company he had recommended, leading to her allegedly blocking public awards. The report does not elaborate further on the favors.
