Intel’s Future CPU Plans: Bartlett Lake, Wildcat Lake, and More
By Ada Lovelace | SAN FRANCISCO – 2025/06/04 00:08:09
Leaked documentation hints at new CPU architectures from Intel, including Wildcat Lake and Bartlett Lake.
Undisclosed Intel documents have brought forth additional codenames concerning the company’s upcoming roadmap: Wildcat Lake, Bartlett lake, and a 12-core iteration of the Bartlett Lake silicon, comprised entirely of performance cores.
The data surfaced in a publicly accessible guidance document detailing the utilization of Intel platforms for real-time computing. The latest presentation was removed after a Twitter user, Instlatx64, via Videocardz, spotted it. Intel’s March 2025 version is still available, but lacks the detailed roadmap information.
A slide outlining “Intel offerings enabling the (Time Coordinated Computing) TCC Experience” is particularly revealing. It mentions several cores “in development,” including Panther Lake and Nova Lake, both previously announced as flagship CPUs for 2025 and 2026. The slide also references Bartlett Lake-S, Bartlett Lake S 12P, and Wildcat Lake – names not yet officially discussed.
Currently, Bartlett Lake is identified by Intel as an Intel Core (though not Core Ultra) Series 2 chip, suggesting a potential focus on the mobile sector. as Tom’s Hardware
