KOMPASINDO.CO.IDTangerang, 23 October 2025 – The Apkomindo Indonesia Foundation (YAI) together with Satue Event officially opened the largest technology exhibition in Indonesia, Indocomtech 2025, at ICE BSD, Tangerang, from 23 to 26 October 2025. Carrying the theme “Smart Technology for the New Era”, this event is not just an exhibition, but an innovation festival that unites business, education, entertainment and the technology community in one ecosystem.
Over four days, visitors will be presented with a variety of cutting-edge innovations ranging from artificial intelligence (AI), gaming devices with special AI chipsets, to smart home ecosystems and the Internet of Things (IoT) which are now increasingly affordable.
Director of Satue Events, Bambang Setiawan, said in a press conference that Indocomtech 2025 does not only focus on the scale of the exhibition, but also builds a technology ecosystem that has been pioneered since 1992. “We see a significant increase in AI technology products, both laptops, smartphones, and gaming accessories. Visitors can directly experience the latest technology, not just read reviews online,” he said.
Chairman of the Apkomindo Indonesia Foundation, Hidayat Tjokrodjojo, added that Indocomtech 2025 is an important momentum for the public to see firsthand the future of Indonesian technology. “We ensure that all APKOMINDO member products on display have adopted the latest technology. This fourth quarter momentum is very strategic ahead of the year-end shopping season, making Indocomtech a catalyst for growth in the national technology market,” he explained.
Indocomtech 2025 presents two main stages, namely the Technoforia Stage and the Biznovation Stage.
Technoforia Stage is a public and community arena with various activities such as Cosplay Competition, Product Launching, Esports Competition, and Meet & Greet with popular characters from MNC Games. Apart from that, the National ICT Olympiad, which was attended by more than 1,000 students, was also held, with a focus on coding, problem solving and robotics.
Meanwhile, the Biznovation Stage is a forum for the industrial and educational sectors with a number of interesting discussions about artificial intelligence. Some of the featured topics include “Artificial Intelligence in the Future” with Prof. Dr. Ir. Henderi, M.Kom, “AI in Education and Industry 5.0” by Yan Mitha Djaksana, and “AI for Personal Branding” with Dr. Indiwan Seto Wahyu Wibowo.
This year, Indocomtech 2025 was attended by 143 exhibitors from 103 well-known technology brands covering a total area of 2,802 square meters. The new zone entitled AI & Smart Living Zone is the center of attention by displaying innovations in artificial intelligence-based smart devices and smart home solutions.
Some of the big brands participating include BRIN, NVIDIA, AGRES, ADVAN, Canon, Enter Computer, Indihome, Lexar, Polytron, Secret Lab, Xiaomi, and many others. Various interesting promotions are also being presented, such as the latest VGA gaming auction starting from IDR 500 thousand, discounts on AI-ready PCs of up to IDR 4 million, and special offers for free modems from HKM.
The momentum of October, which is close to the year-end shopping season, is the right time for various technology brands to launch new products while encouraging consumer transactions.
“We are targeting 50,000 visitors from various groups, from tech enthusiasts, students, industry professionals, to digital creators. Indocomtech is not just a place to see products, but a space for interaction and technology education that brings innovation together with community needs,” concluded Bambang Setiawan.
