Launch of the Employers IEFF community
The Football Training Employment Institute creates the “IEFF Employers Community”: a dynamic network offering the relay of new funding, continuous support, strategic watch and pooling of good practices.
Faced with the challenges encountered by clubs on a daily basis, structuring its organization becomes a necessity. Quality supervision, professional management, reinforced attractiveness: employment plays a key role in perpetuating the activity of clubs and enabling them to register in their territory.
Employment in clubs: an essential lever for the future of football
Getting involved in an employment approach is investing in the future of your club project. The IEFF (Institute Emploi Training of Football) supports clubs on this path thanks to a network of experts present in each region, financing systems such as Fafa Emploi or the aid of the National Sports Agency and adapted training for all profiles.
It is in this logic that the Football Training Employment Institute launches the IEFF employers community. Thought as a real space for resources and cooperation, this community allows clubs to learn in real time on existing systems and funding, to benefit from continuous support and to join an active network of structures engaged in the same dynamic.
