Through its Workplace Infra Innovation brand, the Services activity in the Occitanie region supports more than 40 major account clients and public institutions in all sectors of activity in the transformation of their information system, through the provision of human and technical resources.
What awaits you:
Within a public organization dedicated to health, you will join a team of 7 Service Desk Technicians led by a Service Delivery Manager and a Supervisor. You provide assistance to users in a service center.
Your responsibilities:
• Identify, analyze and resolve incidents or technical problems described by users
• Escalate to the appropriate support group in case of non-resolution
• Offer knowledge on the most frequent topics
• Monitor and close the files assigned to you
• Guarantee good stock management: monitoring, ordering and withdrawal
• Inform and report the results of your actions to your supervisor
• Share and collaborate with the rest of the team.

The technical environment: Ticketing MATRIX42, Active Directory, Windows 10/11, MacOS, Office environment, Android Smartphone, client & business applications such as SAP
