Jakarta –
The Lebanese armed group, Hezbollah, claims to have launched a long-range attack targeting Israel’s strategic communications facilities. This attack is said to have hit one of the important infrastructures that plays a role in the communications and information system led by Benjamin Netanyahu.
According to a media report by The Palestine Chronicle, quoted on Tuesday (10/3/2026), Hezbollah said it had attacked an Israeli satellite communications station or Emek HaEla Teleport located in the Elah Valley area in the occupied Palestinian territory. The facility is said to be around 160 kilometers from Lebanese territory.

The targets attacked are believed to be an important part of Israel’s communications network, which functions to support military systems and strategic information management. The attack was carried out using long-range missiles, demonstrating Hezbollah’s ability to reach targets far from the border line.
In its statement, Hezbollah said this operation was part of its response to the conflict that continues to spread in the Middle East region. Attacks on communications facilities are considered to have a strategic impact because they can disrupt military coordination systems and information flows.
A senior Hezbollah official, Mohammad Raad, confirmed that the group would continue its military operations throughout the conflict.
Attacks on communications infrastructure also demonstrate a pattern of conflict escalation that targets not only military bases, but also the technological systems and information networks that are the backbone of modern military operations.
In recent times, cross-border attacks between Hezbollah and Israel have increased, including the use of rockets, drones and long-range missiles targeting various strategic facilities.
Tensions in the region are expected to continue as confrontation between Israel and groups allied with Iran in the Middle East increases.
