The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah will open the Selection of Hajj Organizing Officers (PPIH) 1447 or 2026 on Saturday, November 22. Registration will be open until November 28.
“Bismillah, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah of the Republic of Indonesia has officially opened the Selection of Hajj Organizing Officers (PPIH) 1447 H/2026 AD for the formation of PPIH Kloter (Head of Kloter & Worship Guide) and PPIH Saudi Arabia (Accommodation, Consumption, Transportation, Worship Guidance, and SISKOHAT),” said the Ministry of Hajj in its Instagram account, Thursday. Registration will be open on 22-28 November 2025. The Ministry of Haj said registration is only via: haji.go.id/pekerja.
“Selection is carried out in a transparent, accountable manner, free of charge and free of gratification. Being a Hajj officer is not just a duty, but a mandate, service and worship,” he explained.
The Ministry of Religion invites the nation’s best sons and daughters to join the service of Indonesian Hajj pilgrims. The Ministry of Haj also emphasized that registration information is only submitted through the official Ministry of Haj account.

The Ministry of Haj emphasized that PPIH selection is free from gratuities and there are no fees whatsoever. The Ministry of Haj asks registrants to be alert.
“Please be wary of unofficial information, unscrupulous individuals, or requests for fees in any form during the selection process,” he concluded.
Here are the conditions:
1. General Terms
– Indonesian citizens
– Islam
– Physically and spiritually healthy as proven by a Health Certificate issued by a government doctor
– Not pregnant (for women)
– Fully committed to serving the Hajj pilgrims
– Have integrity, credibility and a good track record and are not currently a suspect in the criminal legal process
– Have a valid residence identity
– Obtain written permission from direct superior/origin agency (for civil servants, employees of other agencies)
– Able to operate computer applications and/or Android and/or iOS based device applications
– Preferably able to communicate in Arabic and/or English
– Not currently on study assignments
– Married couples are prohibited from serving as PPIH Kloter and PPIH Saudi Arabia in the same year
– Apart from the conditions above, PPIH can come from:
a) State Officials, State Civil Apparatus (ASN), Non-State Civil Apparatus (non-ASN) originating from the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, ministries/institutions, TNI and POLRI; or
b) community elements from Islamic community organizations, Islamic educational institutions, and/or professional staff
– Not become PPIH Kloter and PPIH Saudi Arabia 3 (three) times starting from 2022
2. Special Terms
PPIH Group
1 Group Leader
– State Civil Apparatus (ASN) employees of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and/or Ministry of Religion
– Minimum age of 30 (thirty) years and maximum 58 (fifty eight) years at the time of registration
– Currently holding a position of at least Echelon IV level and/or having a rank/class of at least III/c and/or the functional position of Young Expert
– Have the lowest education Strata One (S1)
– Preference is given to those who have performed the Hajj
2 Group Worship Guides
– Minimum age of 35 (thirty five) years and maximum of 60 (sixty) years at the time of registration
– Have performed Hajj
– Have a Hajj pilgrimage guide certificate
– Educated at least strata one (S1)
PPIH Saudi Arabia
1. Implementing Accommodation, Consumption and Transportation Services:
The minimum age is 25 years and the maximum is 57 years at the time of registration
2. Executors of Worship Guidance:
– The minimum age is 35 years and the maximum is 60 years at the time of registration
– Have performed Hajj
– Have a Hajj guide certificate
3. Siskohat Implementer:
– Minimum age of 25 (twenty five) years and maximum of 57 (fifty seven) years at the time of registration
– Employees serving as Siskohat operators at the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and/or Central Ministry of Religion, Regional Offices of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and/or Provincial Ministry of Religion, or Regency/City Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Offices and/or Regency/City Ministry of Religion who are currently working and have worked for at least 3 (three) years as proven by a certificate from the head of the work unit
– Able to operate the Siskohat application and data processing
– Preferably have attended Siskohat technical guidance as proven by a certificate or charter.
