The concert tour will feature songs created by Maestro Raimonds Pauls. They have grown up with at least two generations, and many of them, including “Rasa“, “Jumping Old“, “crying mother“, “Chicks count in the fall“, “Annina’s bath”, “Nowhere is as good as at home” and “White Song” – have become almost or new.
Experienced MC Orchestra musicians, singers Ance Krauze, Normunds Rutulis, Paula Saia, singers of the children’s vocal group “Dzeguzīte”, as well as the young but talented performers Edward Strazdiņš and Kristīne Megija had gathered.
The rehearsal was also attended by the new talented opera singer Brigita Reisone, who will be a special guest of several concerts. Similarly, several concerts will be attended by TDA “Dzintariņš” dancers led by Sanita Misika, singer Katrina Bindere and several uninhabited “secret” guests.
Guntars Račs says: “My collaboration with Raimonds Paul has been going on for over 30 years. I can’t even and don’t want to count how many songs we have written together, but there are many. And there are new ones, some of which you will hear at the concert. Great musicians together! ”
