The Guns N ‘Roses concert in Bogotá scheduled for October 7, would not be held in the first instance. The District Government Secretariat issued Resolution 1425 of September 29, 2025, in which it denies the authorization of the show provided in the Clear Cultural District, since there is no favorable concept of security.
The Idiger had already warned on September 25 that the stands presented vibrations that committed their integrity and that the studies of loads and soils would only be ready at the end of October. With this, the scenario is without the indispensable technical endorsement.
The resolution establishes that the event did not accredit all requirements required by current regulations: Positive concepts of Idiger, Firefighters, Mobility, Health and Metropolitan Police were missing.

The decision adds to the history of the Kendrick Lamar concert, denied on September 27 on the same stage. Now, Vive Claro is in question again: there is no guarantee, there is no permission and, in the first instance, there will be no concert.
The possible cancellation of Guns N ‘Roses would mark a hard setback for fans and puts the security of Vive Claro, where What is at stake are not papers, but a real risk that will remain under evaluation until the end of October.
