Hi, there is no way to bypass these safety settings … they were studied on purpose in the case of devices subject to theft or loss.
It is sufficient that you insert correct username and password of the account that you recorded on the A72 …. it is clear that you have not inserted the correct credentials.
Alternatively, you can go to a Samsung service center where first checks will make it appropriate to make sure that the A72 is yours, and if there are no problems then then will unlock it …. the service is paid so ask for a quote first.
