Jangseungpo Agricultural Cooperative in Geoje, Gyeongsangnam-do (Chairman Lee Yun-haeng) held the 1st Association President’s Cup Park Golf Tournament at Neungpo Waterside Park on the 1st (photo).
This competition was designed to promote health and harmony among union members and local residents. Local residents enjoyed recreational sports through park golf and spent time strengthening solidarity as a local community. In particular, this event had added meaning in that it was the first cooperative park golf competition held in Geoje City.
Union President Lee Yun-haeng said, “We prepared the competition with the hope that it would be a place for union members and citizens to get along, improve their health, and communicate,” and added, “We will continue to promote various recreational sports and win-win events with the local community.”
